One odd thing about this particular set is that the ambulance has peg holes on the front and back blocks and the police and rescue vehicles have peg holes in the middle

The police and rescue vehicles windshields extend over all three body blocks and the ambulance canopy block has a different peg and doesnt actually even solidly connect to the rescue or police vehicle bodies

This means that the ambulance two top pieces cannot actually be interchanged with the other two vehicles so the ambulance is not interchangeable at all ive included some pictures to show the peg arrangement

This isnt a huge deal for us because i dont think my son with tinker with the configurations too much at this point but if youre looking for a fully interchangeable set this isnt it

These cars are slightly smaller than a standard rectangular kindergarten block

Each car has three sections from fronttoback the upper portions lift off and the wheels come off
