But the problem is you have to first go into reverse then go into your wifi settings connect then go back into your app to get the image to pop onto your phone

Once connected say you back up need to drive forward to adjust and reverse again well now that you went out of reverse the app automatically disconnects you from wifi and you have to do the whole process over again to reconnect making the point of a backup camera kinda useless and annoying

The company has great customer service who was nice enough to contact me and let me know they contacted their department to inquiry into the issue i had with the camera as mentioned above and offered to either refund me or provide me a new one

If you install the camera to your parking light you can have the camera run full time bypassing the reverse lights

You only have to make sure though that once you drive off you turn off the hotspot wifi so you don’t use up your data on the phone staying connected
