The spytec hardware kit has a voltage problem which will cause your dash cam to power cycle endlessly with each time you turn on your vehicle

I thought it was the dash cam at first but it wasnt until i measured the voltage output on the spytec hardwire kit

The difference between spytec and autovox support is that autovox will issue you a refund beyond the 30 days if the item is found to be defective

They will just want to keep resending you the item over and over and each time it will be met with the same fate
