Pros
Once installed it does a good job providing a better seal around my insulated garage door. Blends in seamlessly with my door and i see no gaps. Sealing seems to be good.
Product as advertised. Pleasantly surprised. Great item and quick shipment.
Interspersed the nails with heavy duty staples. The long flat surface of a staple gun holds more area perfectly flat during installation.
Cons
Description poorly written. Tore it off and bought 36' from a garage door wholesaler for $21.

Ifwhen i install this again i will look for a design where the seal is attached to a solid edge

A solid edge design would be significantly easier to install require less nails and would have been easier to install straight

That said i ended up using a stapler anyhow because getting at parts of the door frame with a hammer to get the nails in place would have been impossible
