Pros
Used a hacksaw to cut to correct length. Easy to install and saves the garage from rain and critters. So far, no leaks.
Fantastic product. Updating my review almost 6 mos. Quick delivery. Works well. A fantastic product.
I actually like the caulk gun, it has a poker to break the foil in the tube nozzle built in.
Stopped leakage. No more messing with icemelt and chipping ice at last.
Cons
The actual runner seal is great, and so is the adhesive however, the included caulking gun for the adhesive is of very poor quality. Water now leaks under part of the seal where i could not get enough adhesive down. Also the chaulking gun provided is ... Read More
