Pros

Double sided tape holds the liner to concrete block. Easy to apply enough pressure to get good adhesion. Smooth ball bearing rotation.

Works well and comfortable in the hand. Goog feel to it and feels comfortable in hand which will make a difference with prolonged usage. The wheel is what i needed in length and texture. Nice sturdy handle.

Cons

The rubber is just too soft. The roller has a definite design flaw. This makes it very difficult to put a good amount of pressure on the roller without it tipping over onto its edge.
