I use this scope for wildlife viewing and mountain top scenery. My grandkids love it cuz they can look out iur windows to check out town below.

The quality of this scope is surprising. I found it more than satisfactory. But these are hardly complaints. Power, ease of use and the quality of the scope is positive.
The blackbird scope is solid and sturdy. It is easy to use as a handheld option when you are on foot. It’s lightweight, compact and very well built.
Customer service is solid, too. They promptly send me a replacement. I already have at least one friend that plans on ordering a blackbird as well.
Cons
You get what you pay for and if knowing this you still need to find something that gets the job done at 100 yds or less, go ahead and buy it. If your use is a range spotter, it's pretty much useless to see anything on paper past 75 yards. The magnific... Read More
The scope/tripod i received has a design compatibility issue that need to be addressed by the manufacturer. The tripod is pretty much useless. No hiking or camping. I was dissatisfied with the scope.

The optics are really good and the magnification clear and bright with hardly any distortion
Good solid tripod is essential at this power
Set it up on the bench focused it in and did not touch it for two hours just looked through it

If youre looking for a highly portable spotting scope and are on a tight budget this is what you want

There is no way you can see where your shot is in the black wo a scope
