In our central texas area near clifton was norse and cranfils gap. Many of these recipes are familiar and comforting. And lots of fun info about norway.

I prefer some of my grandmom's recipes, but this filled in a lot of gaps. They remind me of my grandma's cooking. Enough good recipes to satisfy your interest.

Ingredients are in the instructions but not in the ingredients list.

Lots of pictures in this book to go along with the recipe which is great
Little tidbits of finnish lore and tradition are scattered throughout and the recipes are all fantastic quality

Down a star due because the pictures dont translate well to kindle and because the index seemed to me to be somewhat incomplete
