The evo takes amazing cinematic shots my first flight was a very windy day here in chicago its called the windy city for a reason a guy from work looked at the size of the evo and swore it would crash in 20mph wind i was in a large field so it wouldnt have hit anyone the evo holds in position in crazy wind its insane i pushed the return to home button and it just lowered straight down from 300 feet in chicago prestorm winds within 6 inches of where i launched it

Pricewise obviously 1000 is not a cheap toy drone but this is the easiest drone to fly at any price far and away the best video camera under 1100 and flies itself

Dji drones have lots more professional surveying apps and flying features but the geofencing locks you out of flying many places and sends your flying data to djis servers in china that are required by the china communist party

I am not a photographer so i cant be hypercritical of the video or camera quality but it looks darn good to me

They keep providing firmware updates which makes the drone better and better
