Stumbled onto the concept of bias lighting kinda randomly and figured that it was worth a shot if itd really help reduce eyestrainthe strip was easy enough to install and does seem to help ease the transition from afternoon to night when watching a movie or bingewatching a tv showmain complaint is that turning off the light strip can be kind of a trick as you have to hold the button down for just the right amount of time otherwise it adjusts the brightness just takes some practiceive also noticed that two of the lights have gone partially out second picture led is yellow even though setting is on white but weve had it about a year and by the time a significant number of them may malfunction itll be time to upgrade to a new tv anywayoverall worth picking up for the price  Read Less
