I use this every morning to calm my fluctuating hormones which lead to the odd hot flush as l am now perimenopausal it works brilliantly l tried black cohosh but as it only works for 6 months needed something else l use it up to 3 times a day it has a mild enough flavour to use straight under the tongue l hold it there a few seconds before swallowing it takes time to work so if you are suffering add something else with this to your hormone regime
