It was 2 thick had plastic binding net on the outside and the hepa fabric was not densely pleaded

It is a full 3 inches thick has a steel cage on the on the outside not plastic has a carbon prefilter over the hepa material and a filter floss of some sort for the machine grate and has heavyduty rubber foam seals on both the top and bottom of the canister to force air to go through the material not around it as it would if the seal were leaking

The machine works exactly the same today as when we first turned it on

The product is a good one the problem i had getting the right one wasnt so enjoyable though had to wait a long time to get the proper size
