The paper manual was a little unclear about its instructions for pairing but checking the manufacturer site provided an up to date manual that gave the right instructions

They are adjustable and fit well over my head but i found the ear pieces could do with being a tiny bit bigger

These bluetooth wireless headphones arrived in a amazon box and once i had opened it i found a nice riged brown box inside where the headphones were wrapped in a white bag and a usb charging cable and instructions sat underneath

The outside of the headphones are made from a strong plastic and underneathe they had a soft white padding over the head piece and the ear cup itself
