Pros

The finish of this pan is exceptional. This pan is fantastic and a great addition to anyone’s kitchen. No regrets buying this pan. This skillet is worth every dollar paid.

Looks a bit flimsy in the pictures but this pan is extremely solid, 3 mm thick for sure, great weight and balance. Lighter weight than my lodge cast iron which is nice. However it is a little heavier than the ss skillet.

Use the same paper towel that you used to soak the excess grease off the bacon and wipe it down. Since then all we've had to do is wipe it out with a paper towel. It's very easy burning food.

It heats evenly and is easy to maintain. My only complaint is that the handle still gets very hot after about a few minutes of cooking on med heat.

It's absolutely wonderful! Really beautifully made. The color is beautiful, sort of a golden bronze.
