Pros
The shredder is the quietest one that i've ever heard. Much quieter than my previous one.
It is perfect for shredding all those old files, school papers, utility receipts and any misc sensitive personal info. The grinding mechanism is heavier than others that i have used, but it does a more complete job.
Cons
Only take up to two pages at a time. She can shred five sets of three pages, then the machine needs a 30 minute break. The cutter wheel only works in reverse. It's too late to return the junk of junk.

Great for normal daily use but you still want to only feed a few sheets or pieces of paper at a time to not overload the motor

If you have to shred a lot of paper get one with a feeder that will control the rate of feed

Cons loud sensor in center can be finnickynot sensitive enough motor can overheat quickly when putting through more than 12 pages at a time
