This is perfect for reconditioning batteries two years ago i decided not to turn my old battery in to the junkyard for 4 dollars after hearing the guy tell owner we got 20 batteries for 80 we fix 2 we got our money back

Then i open it up and see how dirty the acid is if its very dirty i safely pure the fluid out then use baking soda and water to clean battery out

Now this is where this charger comes in if you dont have an old school manual battery charger then this wont work the new smart chargers just going give you codes you need a constrain powering charger

This charger charge no matter what and thats what you need i throw it on the charger 24 36 hoursand plug battery bk in car turn lights on without starting draining battery till lights get dim
