It also leaves my hair pretty dang soft but listen if you want hold you may get a little crunch lets not be crazy out here it doesnt flake and it doesnt give me wild build up on the days when im too lazy to cowash i try to cowash every other day or so a la anthony dickey but come on sometimes i just want a 10 minute shower not a 45 minute one
