Pros

Great little bling light. Nice little touch of sparkle. Refracted light on the sides creates nice effect.

This light fits right in. It is safe to have in a closet. Would also be great for hallways. Got two of these for the hallway.

Easy to install. Easy to put up. My only complaint is the instructions are basically a diagram only.

It is very flush with the ceiling and is very attractive. Perfect for diy'ers.

Cons

The light is very cheaply made. The crystal effect you see on the shade is actually just cheap gems hot glued to the glass. Since one glows and the other doesn't, i suspect something about it is defective.
