Not only that they also sent an additional extension cord and storage bag which they definitely did not ahve to do

Audioflood product is far superior and after watching a you tube video on how to insert the ear pieces pull ear up and back before inserting i have had terrific sound out of both ear s and absolutely no water in my ear and i swim laps every day
