Pros

The unit is solidly built. Quality is great, it is very durable, and i like how simple it is.

Preamps are clean, and seem to me to be pretty colorless. The pres on this are also fantastic - very, very clean, with maybe a slight touch of coloring in a really positive way. Great preamps and dac.

I'm still blown away by the value of this thing. I'm convinced it's the best for its price, and they're very responsive with the customer service.

It sounds fantastic. This is my second audient interface and i couldn't be happier. Its simply great. Can't speak highly enough of this audio interface.

It has phenomenal audio quality and will do everything you need it to do. Hookup to ipad a little complex, but well worth it to make more serious recordings.

I am using this with my shure sm7b microphone

Switching from a 2nd gen 2i2 this sounds much better and is overall less straining to listen to

I had to crank the gain up to 90 or so and then also use a cloudlifter to get a decent volume but that is more about the mic than this

I cant say this would be ideal in a hightrackcount recording but for 8ish tracks it layers pretty well
