It clamps really well using a screw clamp into the vent unlike others iv bought using a spring which was useless

One of my chargers developed a fault after a year where it would open and close fine if the phone was in but if i fully closed it while there was no phone it would sometimes struggle to open

Contacted support and they asked for details of the fault and agreed it was a fault of the product and would send a replacement
