Pros

I live in a remote area and amazon deliveries can take 7-10 days. This is over and beyond great customer satisfaction. Quality is amazing.

This duvet is soft but feels more durable. Feels and looks like linen! This linen blend look worked so well.

Zip enclosure, interior ties to hold the comforter in place. The zipper closure ensures easy bedding changes. The only downside to the duvet is that it is hard to keep the insert in place and sometimes it gets lumpy.

Cons

It's so rough we didn't want to waste water washing it first to see if it would soften. That’s where the flattery will stop. My biggest gripe is that the description says “ultra soft” and that couldn’t be further from the truth.
