Pros
The instructions are very good. I am almost finished my first bottle of atrantil. Used as part of a protocol for 3 weeks and helped tremendously.
Probiotics need food, which is the prebiotic to work. I get gassy and gurgle my at night and nothing stops it.
Cons
No noticeable affect on me or my bloating. Instead of healing, gave me more upset stomach and gas. Completely useless for small intestinal bacterial overgrowth.
Instead of buying this, go see a naturopath. Just another useless naturopathic money grab. Not cool and not appreciated. Go to your doctor and get medications, instead of giving money to * hippy nature paths.

I dont have ibs but i had 2 emergency open abdominal surgeries on my intestines in the fall due to them twisting up

I had a ct scan and xray and no twisting this time but scar tissue seemed to have formed in a way to partially block off my intestines
