Pros

Steamed red potatoes and yams with pastured organic butter has helped me allot. Easy to * capsule, not too big. Works better than prescription medicine i have taken for the same symptoms.

That in itself is a miracle! If you’re skeptical like i was, it’s worth a try!

Cons

Peppermint extract is the only ingredient i'd personally use, and i wouldn't take it internally if the extract is an essential oil. It is not listed in either the raintree herbal database nor the plants for a future herbal database.
