Pros

Sleep is difficult and when you are dieting even more so. The best thing is that i am still wake up at the same time as always and not craving at night. It helps curb my appetite without feeling hungry.

It's so easy to just take 1 capsule every night and it does its thing. No bad taste and easy to * pills. The fact that i take this pill and actually sleep is amazing.

Cons

No real appetite suppressant for me. Tried this and the day time one, felt s dizzy. While this does have melatonin in it, it makes my sleep worse.
