Pros

The 600 grit diamond whetstone is perfect for flattening ceramic whetstones. It flattens them in no time and takes out rough chips in the chisel very quickly. Definitely superior to dmt.

The quality with which this plate was made is exquisite! Well made and beautifully finished. I really like that they are aluminum based for light weight.

Cons

This is not suitable for flattening a whetstone.
