Customer service is top notch. They want to know what your problem is, and they will do everything they can to resolve it. I'm satisfied with it, but honestly i think it's overpriced.

The headrest remains super comfortable and operates smoothly. There is now plenty of clearance between the guide bar and the chair mesh back.

It goes on easy with an allen wrench and won't shift, rock around, or get loose. Originally the pellicle mesh on the back of my chair was too stretched out. This is a user error that can be corrected by tightening down the bolt. Even if you intentiona... Read More

Cons

Headrest does not adjust high enough to center on the atlas vertebra. Manufacturer says to tighten the 4 screws, but all the reviewers (as myself) * those 4 screws in until our knuckles turned white, and it was no help.

Headrest makes creaking noises when not even being adjusted. This headrest is definitely defective. It doesn't fit the chair well, and it doesn't fit my body. This is a serious defect.
