Pros

Much nicer in person. I couldn't be happier, this is a great murphy bed. Such good quality. Perfect for study.

This is a beautiful piece of furniture that truly exceeded our expectations. There are some flaws in the finish, but overall it looks great and was reasonably easy to assemble. It is a bit darker than i thought it would be but the wood is beautiful!

It fits into our spare room well and discretely. Allows for extra guests without sacrificing my office. Loved the idea of this for our den.

Remove hinge screws, install handles the reassemble door. It's sturdy but easy to move. Very sturdy product.

Cons

If you buy this, you're dumber than the morons who manufactured it! Their customer service stinks.

The piece that serves as the cabinet front and folds out to be the base of the mattress doesn't line up properly. Wood must of been saturated with formaldehyde. But now that i've had to piece everything back together, it's unbearable on the back.

Ive contacted customer service via phone call and did not get a response within the 10 day period

Packaging/appearance

This by far is the best packaging i have ever seen

It was packed well in two boxes

Looks great delivered on time only one concern the right side front doesnt match up comfortably just a hair off at the latch

Competitiveness

This unit is reasonably priced compared to many others of this class of furniture and it is of reasonable manufacture

Unlike some other reviewers i found the build process to be quite easy despite not being an engineer or a member of mensa
