Pros

This product works amazingly simple, and very effective (at least for me) it's a well built head that works extremely well and i anticipate years of use due to the quality of the build. This is the best vacuum head i've owned. Easy to connect to 1.

It's wide and covers a lot of area, but not too much -- it's still maneuverable and cleans across the width of the vacuum head. The hose connection fit more snugly than my old one, which prevents it from pulling off. This manual cleaner definitely wor...  Read More

This vacuum head is much heavier than the previous ones, so it stays on the bottom and sides much better. This one flexes with the pool curves and is weighted. It is heavy (in a good way) and seems to flex well too.

It has a little trouble on stairs, only because you have to push hard to get the sides to curl up the risers the steps. It also rolls smoothly, which is a bit ironic because when i received it two of the wheels had come off.

Cons

One of the nuts holding a wheel on apparently wiggled its way loose. The effort to vacuum dead algae from the bottom of the pool is a waste of time. There is a major design flaw with the suction, which after a summer only manages to suction the inner ...  Read More

I suggest you check immediately then send back if like mind

I waited too long to check and its not worth the trouble to send back and ask for a new one

Its the vacuum head that the bristles always break completely off after a season or two and the replacement brushes are about 35

Posted by a reviewer on Amazon

Not knowing much about this subject or wanting to take a chance on another brand of vacuum head i would reluctantly purchase the replacement brushes knowing that they would all break off relatively soon
