Pros
It screens our calls for spam (that may be a feature of our service provider) it records voice messages. It's very easy to install. The volume for the ringtone is good.
Phone has a long lifespan and is durable. Great reception. Small so it fits right on a small table in the dining room.
Cons
Not really refurbished. Direction are printed small and hard to read. Very annoying.
Hard to set in charger. On of the 3 handsets just doesn't work. Bad reception and sound quality after 6 months of use. Started having battery issues a year in, saying “low battery’ and “unable to call”.
Even when a caller speaks clearly the sound is raspy. Difficult to read screen, poor quality sound, scratching interference in the phone when trying to have a conversation.

So far i am really pleased at the quality of these phones
These are sharp looking and my mother is so pleased with the ease of reading the screen and buttons
Takes a long time to figure out the features even with the manual
My old phone didnt even have a speaker phone so how basic is that

The price is right and a fast overnight delivery at no extra charge
Allinall a pretty good phone with a fair price
Competitiveness
I really didnt need 5 phone sets but at the price i paid it was a nobrainer
Sounds crackely if that makes sense expected better from a named brand

I dont believe anybody ever touched these phones except for me and that somebody just changed their mind and returned them for whatever reason
