Pros
The corded handset is comfortable to use. No static or buzzing noise like other cheap phones. The lettering isn't as nice/clear as our past set but still easy to read.
No more telemarketers and nuisance calls. Love the announcement of the callers. I understand that landlines seem to be disapearing but for as long as they are needed this one is the best that i could find.
Easy to setup and use. Replaces worn out business phone. Big *, large display. Easy to enter phone numbers. Big button, big display.
Cons
The sound quality is horrible. The speaker phone is not very loud. Very frustrating. It appears that amazon will not accept return.

Also during my own research found out that you shouldnt have more then 2 cordless phones on same voip service line

You are led by the hand in setting up the smart blocker which by the way doesnt just block calls but screens them also so the calls you do not want never even get to you

I thought that the 50 number directory was too small at first until i realized that the set is able to store all kinds of other numbers in other parts of the phone
