Update after the review i have done 5 stars i have no choice to returned the monitor then dropt to 1 star after 3 or 4 hours of using and stay on some freezing appeared very hard to woke up the screan then after that the monitor will shut on and off every 30 seconds i am disapointed of this product from asus it is gone back and i would not buy it again or recommanded it i will find a much better one than this one sorry asus

I am using it with my tower pc as the main screen and it is working perfectly you could use it with only the hdmi but you will need your mouse and keyboard or use it only with the type c cable and the adapter and it is completely touch screen you dont need to connect the 2 cable just choose one or the other me it is full touch screen with only type c cable and the adapter do not forget to download from asus the driver

The battery will then still run the screen for another 23 hours before shutting down

I would however not put it in a bag with a lot of weight that could fall on the screen

The folding support that comes with it does not give a lot of protection and does not cover the sides

The pen that comes with it is just a pen with a rubber touchcompatible top not an active pen
