Packaging/appearance
It is shipped double-boxed which is good since some brand names just ship in the manufacturer's box.
As no possibility to replace the cable only, they had to replace the full lid containing the screen.
Competitiveness
I decided on the asus zenbook 3 deluxe and haven't looked back ever since.
Send me a refurbished zenbook with only a 90 day warranty.
They'll supply you with a refurbished zenbook - not even the same model.

The screen/graphics card stopped working before the laptop was 1 yr old.

I would not recommend purchasing this laptop - it's much too expensive to have repeat problems of this nature when the laptop is only 2 yrs old.

We got the computer from amazon by the seller computer upgrade king and after 4 months the screen stopped working.
