Asus politely and sympathetically denied me further assistance in salvaging those files trapped in the desktop because warranty doesnt cover backup services and now i must pay out of pocket to extract that data directly from the hardware with a professional computer tech despite my issue with nearly losing personally meaningful data being related to another failing of this product
