With the manufacturer not responding at all, asurian stepped up and refunded my cost of the watch.

I almost never buy protection plans, but these joy cons were half the price of name brand, and the protection plan was so cheap.

I have not used this policy but have had to use similar policies and it was well worth the money.

This policy works best if you buy it for branded hardware.
