Zips right through the envelopes and it is the easiest way to open the envelope. Only thing i don't like is that the product is too lightweight.
Product does exactly what it needs to do. I use it to separate bifolded repair orders for running through my scanner. Works just like the video smooth as silk. Be ready for it to be perfectly powerful.

Otherwise the gears will cut the envelope and the letter inside and you won’t be a happy letter recipient

Be careful not to over do it and get in extra layer of paper from the mail content because it can jam up and youll have to spend some time picking out jammed paper between the gears

Put on the edge of my desk w sticky underneath it doesnt move and i can one hand cut the envelope open
