The engine/* combo in the car is around 600lbs. Used it on my 01 monte carlo and a 2002 impala. Seems that it would work in just about any application, especially for transversely mounted engines/transmissions.

Worked flawlessly. Since it is universal it takes some time to get the best configuration to support your engine.
