Astaxanthin works internally so is a product that benefits health. It seems to make me feel more clearheaded, and possibly improves my workouts a little also.
The dosage is the optimum amount, and i honestly believe they help with skin recovery. This particular brand appears to be a high quality product.
Cons
Obviously feeling sick after taking isn't conducive to continuing in order to give a fair appraisal of its effect. Discontinued pretty quickly.
