However i will admit that if you are dumb enough to eat a spoonful on an empty stomach you may wind up laying on the floor in the fetal position from cramps worse than labor sweat bursting from every pore on your body and tears streaming from your eyes

The cap is messy and can be difficult to open without getting weaponized hot sauce on your fingers
