It presents concise and positive advice about teaching and learning. I have many dog-earred pages and underlined words and sentences that refresh me.
This book is for one who desires a contextual intellectual discourse. It discusses multiculturalism and bilingual classrooms for instance.
Cons
If required to read this text, do so with a grain of salt. Mark ryan is very biased in his view of education. The q&a format of the book seems slapped together.
