Pros
Asics are a brand you can trust for a really well made trainer that will last. Light weight but sturdy. So comfortable for multi impact training.
These trainers are so comfortable and keep my feet cool. They stay put during energertc sports and the soles grip well. I walk approx 5 miles most days and have painful soles but so far these trainers are great.

My feet are not particularly wide but the uppers do not cover the tongue of the shoe when laced up

I find asics comfortable right up until the padding around the plastic bit above the heel wears out and its always that bit that goes

When that happens they go from being something i can wear all day to agony and shredding my ankle with a vengeance in a matter of minutes

If i dont go up the further half size i get pins and needles where the arch support digs in

My corrective physio therapist suggested the asics trainers to me so i liked the look of these so bought them i bought a size 6im flat footed on my left foot have an abnormally high arch on my right footwell
