Fantastic grip as always with asics the only reason they arent 5 stars is because i personally need more arch support on the middle of the foot when i run off road but then i should have bought a different pair of trainers

Like all before this model is immediately comfy although like other reviews i found them a bit tight which i have never experienced before

They washed well after the run though i only rinsed them in a bucket did not subject them to a washing machine
