Pros
I season them with lime juice and fish sauce and it gets me pretty close to the thai flavors i love. They seem to hold more brothy flavor. They taste delicious!
Soaked in bone broth with a tbl of dried veg soup and simmered. I cook vegetables while the noodles are soaking, then put them in a bowl. Cook them further in a pan over medium heat until your desired done-ness.
Cons
Otros fideos de arroz estos son de mala calidad. This noodle only has 2 like plastic when undercooked or easily broken and not soft or chewy. My fingers run the entire length of the slit, so noodles were falling out. Do not recommend.

Follow the directions and do not over heat as they will loose their consistency

Have tried other brands and they were darker in color so probly not best water used
