Pros
Not mushy, a good, firm noodle. The package has separate instructions for ramen and pho. These are my favorite noodles to use for pho or other asian dishes.
Easy to prepare, instant n boiling water or thrown n wok w sauce. Easy to boil, very quick cook time, and does not become too soft after sitting. Stir well. They cook up nice and andante every time.
Cons
Instructions say to pre-soak the rice noodle sticks in luke warm water. Thia product is not what i thought i was getting, it is way to thick. Was more like spaghetti than rice noodles.

Instructions were clear only reason im rating it 4 stars is one of the bags had a hole in it i dont know if it was from the transport or if thats how it was sitting in a warehouse
