Pros
It is very nourishing and grounding for times of stress and nervousness. The mind is calmly quieted. Has similar effect as kava kava, valerian, and melatonin.
High potency - only need to take one per day although they recommend two. Taking 1 am, 1 pm. Would love a smaller capsule, or at least just one, but good investment.
Les labs ashwagandha extract, non-gmo supplement, 2. Mg. I am allergic to fillers and it is difficult to find supplements, vitamins or even medications without these fillers. I'm grateful for the day i walked into my pharmacy and found this.

That's only 2 months away for a 3 month supply. Unfortunately it makes me itch.

It wasnt this brand it was one of the big vitamin brands but it was like half the amount this brand offers and its less potent
