These are not genuine rebar, but some sort of flimsier metal that was poured into a mound. Not safe enough for swing set.

I got these to anchor down an outdoor swing set as the original ones had rusted away to the point of being useless

I gave it 4 stars as i have no reference of their functionality without actually installing them and seeing how they do

Purchased 8 of them and i bent 2 trying to install but that was down to user error not a product issue
