Pros
Will purchase again in a heartbeat, if and when needed. The only drawback to these is the price tag. It showed up in a timely manner as well.
The design is good with being able to use a drill to drive the anchors into the ground. The nut appears to have maintained attachment to the shaft. Being able to install these anchors with a ratchet or power driver is a great feature. They go in easy ... Read More

Two inches does almost nothing to increase the force this anchor can withstand.

Quality
Delivery was good and quality is outstanding
I painted the tips red so we can find them and i dont hit them with the mower
Even with the 3 inches about the ground these are not going anywhere
Thrilled i found these and didnt go with the other anchors i used on various other projects

These are nice i use them for our dog tiedown
I used a 300lb cordless impact was worried it was going to twist the hex off not the case
I just had to intall them using a tire iron

When they hit the rocks they wouldn’t sink an inch lower

The key to sinking these is to use a stick in the top loop

However one out of eight of the welds between the drive nut and the main shaft failed and started to spin so i couldn’t drive the anchor any deeper once the weld broke

The nut appears to have maintained attachment to the shaft and i have threaded the eye loop on and will try to use it

Possibly because they move the rocks out of the way better or move around the rocks better im not sure

Screw the anchor ring back on and tie down what you have

I had tried the simple ones that you can get at home improvement stores before and had no luck getting it to go into the ground at all
