Pros

Try adding some zucchini to your smoothie - it’s good. They dissolve really well with no clumps. Ascent tastes great with water, mixed in a smoothie or in yogurt.

I definitely notice it's effect, yes, while still tracking my macros. However, my only complaint is the packaging. The only downside is the price keeps steadily increasing to where it’s not worth the hike.

Cons

This product lacks that chocolate punch. The bag falls over easily resulting in spilled and therefore wasted product. Whey flavor is very strong and the chocolate addition might actually make it worse. Wasted $38 on this.

The stevia sweetener is very overpowering and actually caused my head to hurt. It also upsets my stomach. Literally going to toss my $50 bag of protein.
