Pros

It's flavorless which means it can be taken with anything. Blends best with milkshake. It's cheaper than whey protein too. The only drawback is that it is unflavoured. But that also means its great to use it in any pancake recipe.

It's really good and can see the result. Helps in repair results in good effects on the body. Overall, it reacts slowly but if u have a good workout and diet regime, you will earn the progress.

Ever since ive started taking it before bed it has greatly improved my quality of sleep

This as it is casein protein does it job and im very impressed

The only problem i faced its the foam that it produces which its really difficult to drink it with the foam

Packaging zip loc a bit hard while powder is very fine indeed

Competitiveness

Nice productjust use little bit of hersheys choclate syrup to prevent foam formation and it also adds flavor

I recd product in damaged condition n it was immediately replaced
