I love the l citrulline took one serving with orange juice and creatine 30 minutes before workout. I wish they had making of gram on them as on non gym day would like to take half quantity. use creatine after the workout.
Cons
L-cutrulline is an acid and it kind of tastes like lemon unlike this one. Not for beginners or people with bad genetics. Not going to give any kind of gain in muscle mass nor vascularity.
